FlashForward is Letting me Down
FlashForward was a genius idea for a show. Too bad it’s flailing. – Thanks to Scott over at Collide for recommending the show, but man, it just keeps getting worse. Still, I’ll probably keep watching till the end of the season.

I think it still has some potential, but is very close to losing its way. If it can avoid getting bogged down in too much angst and resist the temptation to make it too complicated to care, it may make it. It has the potential to be pretty compelling and explore the idea of whether knowledge of the future would cause us to pay better attention to the present.
I gave up too early on some other shows that became big. Returning to them later is too difficult, so I think I’ll hold on a little longer too.
