Seeing and Believing Episode 133: Pixar’s Coco and Martin McDonagh’s Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri

In the wake of family get-togethers at Thanksgiving, Wade and Kevin review a pair of movies in which families figure prominently … though that’s about all they share in common. First up is Pixar’s latest offering Coco, about a Mexican boy who makes a journey to the land of the dead. The guys then turn their attention to Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, the star-studded, gleefully profane film from writer/director Martin McDonagh (In Bruges).
Music interlude from the Coco official soundtrack, La Llorona.
